A few weeks ago I posted a piece titled Conspiracy Addicts and the Little Boy Who Cried Wolf. Larry Becraft has spent considerable time exposing the charlatans out there who are hawking bad "legal" advice on the IRS and getting desperate Americans into deep trouble. I have been attempting to stop the hysteria by people out there who aren't thinking things through but rather are knee-jerking out of fear.
We continue to hear the drum beat about the "new millennium" January 1, 2000. Well, I hate to be the one to burst everyone's bubble but guess what? The "New Millennium" doesn't begin until January 1, 2001 and this is very important when you tie it in with what I perceive to be the time table for the globalists to finalize their plans for a "new world order." If the desired time frame of the globalists is the "new millennium," then they have one more year to achieve their goals.
We all hear about Education 2000 and other government programs which have a target date of the year 2000. Remember the national id battle? That program was slated to go on-line 1 October 2000. Now, if Bunco Billy were going to declare martial law on 1 January 2000, why would they do so if one of their key people control mechanisms wouldn't be ready to implement for another ten months? If the time table to implement martial law is 1 January 2000, the legislation would have been written for the national ID program to go into effect three weeks from now, not another ten months down the line.
You see, I believe that the year 2000 is the year in which all restraints will be thrown to the wind and the big push will be implemented. That means we have to increase our resistance and those who have pledged their their blind loyalty to a political party over their love of God, flag and country, are going to be devastated when they realize they have been betrayed by "their party." Too bad, we can't baby-sit every adult over the age of 18. If they want to remain blind to what's right in front of their face, that's their problem. There are millions out in America who know something is wrong and it's up to us to get the truth to them in a responsible fashion.
Y2K does represent a golden opportunity
for tyranny, no question about that. But if we think about this for a few
minutes, one fact surfaces immediately: The people of this
nation are armed to the teeth. Those who would enslave America for their
one-world totalitarian government know this. They also know that if things
get out of hand, their transition plans will go up in smoke. Once they
expose themselves, the masses will catch on and despite the fact that most
of our population are little more than well-fed cattle, there is a huge
number of people in this country that will not allow our Republic to be
swept away. I don't want to see violence as the answer. It's up to the
people of this country to stand tall and become vocal. It's time to step
forward and let me give you an example from someone who fully intends to
do so should this government move against the people. Many of you know

Now the first reaction from anyone reading this is that somehow, the President of the United States has declared martial law and Katy bar the door! After you get through all of the scare mongering, you are told that the material you just read is fiction. Then we are told that the President has declared a national emergency with a list of executive orders that most people have never heard of and are left wondering what it's all about. Remember H.G. Wells' "War of the Worlds?" Remember the panic it created? I hate to enlighten the sender, but this nation has been under a state of "national emergency" since 1933. This is nothing new folks. Below is the actual Executive Order that Mr. Slatton refers to; the subject matter is weapons of mass destruction.
I believe that Mr. Slatton means well and I think he said in one of his e-mails a while back that he's new to finding out the truth about what's been going on while the American people are at work. Bill Clinton, in his own words, stated he does not make the decisions. He is a minion of the shadow government which pulls his strings. This reminds me of a statement made yesterday by Bill O'Reilly, a phony conservative who hosts The O'Reilly Report on FOX. Yesterday he had some guy on from the Council on Foreign Relations. At the conclusion of the interview, O'Reilly said, "From now on you'll be our go-to guy on foreign policy." My, my - where have you been Bill? The CFR is a major dictator of "our" foreign policy.
Yes, these global goons must be chomping at the bit to lay this country low, especially now that their plans are exposed for all to see. However, in order for them to succeed, they must have the cooperation of the people, law enforcement and the military. Yeah, I know all about the UN Hessians on U.S. soil. I feel sorry for them. We as a nation must be remain vigilant. We must all be ready for whatever happens in the future. The type of scare-mongering above does this movement no good and makes us look like crazies. A screaming message about martial law, the president extending his term - getting people completely agitated and then wham! It's just a work of fiction. The little boy who cried wolf....
This e-mail message makes the claim that FEMA could begin forcing everyone to register themselves via the postmaster general. Know what? I would like to see them try that one on for size. We proved them wrong and we told them in no uncertain terms that we would never submit to this national identification program. America will not become Nazi Germany.
There are more than 170 MILLION adult age men and women in this country. Just who is going to go out into the 50 states of the Union and force 170 million+ adults to hurry up and register at a post office just because Silly Billy waves his magic wand? Well, they can have at it but I believe with all my heart that that idea will go down in flames rather quickly. I would like to suggest to Mr. Slatton that he have a little faith in the people of this nation and quit treating them like idiots. Sure, some of the sheep will go along with whatever is put in front of their face, but this movement is way bigger than people think and if this shadow government thinks they're going to have their way with our country, they can think again.
The situation here in America is dead serious but we need rational thought and planned action that accomplishes our goals, one step at a time. We are turning the tide of globalism by laying out the facts, fighting these issues in court, stringent boycotting of foreign products, through voter referendums and the court of public opinion. The threat from Communist China and the Ruskies is very real and we shouldn't leave out the threat from other nut cases around the world. We will just have to believe that, as history has shown, our military can and will protect America's shores. But for heaven's sake, tone down the rhetoric and quit misrepresenting the facts.
When the "stuff" hits the fan, we'll all know it at the same time and we'll just have to do the same as so many before us from the birth of this nation through Pearl Harbor: we deal with it and pray. Until that time, it's up to each and every one of us to present the facts to anyone who will listen, make our voices heard loud and clear to the appropriate lawmakers. We should remember that peaceful civil disobedience is not un-American and we should continue working towards solutions instead of scare-mongering.
It's only too late when everyone gives up and decides violence is the only solution. I would warn people again and you can take it or leave it: Once you take that first step, life in this country as we know it will never be the same. You don't gain a hundred pounds overnight and you won't lose a hundred pounds overnight. There is a virtual library of knowledge and reference source material on this web site, we even added a search engine to help you. Share it with everyone you know. Let your local, state and federal politicians know in no uncertain terms - without a threat, please - that we have had it and will never surrender our God-given rights or our Republic to a new world order.
If this government comes after her people, we have the right to defend ourselves. In the meantime, let's all get on the same sheet of music without the histrionics. I know it's frustrating. Y2K has made people edgy, depressed and afraid. That's what the bad guys want - don't play into their hands. March on your state capitols. Peacefully picket the mayor's personal residence on the weekend and work to see him/her ousted from office. Tell the jokers in Congress that you're not going to be part and parcel to the destruction of our Republic. Demand repeal of the Motor Voter Law of 1993 and demand the voting rolls in your state be purged and start over. Demand the massive invasion by illegals into this country stop because if it doesn't, that alone could set off internal fighting.
Make them feel the heat. We did it here in California on the MTBE issue and with only a small percentage of the population of the state climbing down the throats of the mindless over at the state legislature. It took 3 « years but MTBE will be removed from the gasoline, not as fast as we're pushing for, but it will be done. This nation is like a tinder box just waiting for a spark to ignite it but it's really not what rational people should want.
Call talk radio and direct the dialogue to the cancer, i.e. the fraudulent ratification of the 17th Amendment instead of whose going to run against Feinstein or Hilliary's race. Who cares who runs against Di-Fi - she sits in the senate under a law that doesn't exist - that's where the dialogue should be directed. So the UN is formulating plans to confiscate handguns worldwide. Who cares? I'd like to see them come to my door and try to enforce any "law" under their organization.
Introduce the dialogue to talk radio that it doesn't matter what the United Nothing wants to do, we don't have to obey anything from that organization because (1) that treaty was ratified in 1945 by a senate serving under a law that doesn't exist, and (2) the UN is not a foreign government and America doesn't enter into treaties with Communist clubs. It is a private organization that has invited or voted other countries to come join but the UN is not a country or a government. This Communist run global club decides which sovereign country to invade, goes in and slaughters the indigenous population and then installs "peacekeepers." I would just love to see the UN issue some kind of gun "law" that the people of this country are supposed to follow. I'm afraid the reality check would be too much caffeine for Mr. Koffi. Yes, people's lives and livelihoods are being destroyed by some of these UN's treaties. For more than a year, The Wallace Institute has wanted to file suit representing commercial fishing families on just this issue. These are American families (not unlike our American farming families being driven off their land) who have been fishing the oceans for generations and are now being driven into bankruptcy. They don't have a quarter of a million dollars to pay for this kind of litigation. All the case law is on the side of the people and Larry Becraft is a brilliant attorney who could win if given the opportunity. Unfortunately, the conservatives out there who could make the kind of donation necessary to fight this UN treaty business in court, would rather throw their money in the gutter: they donate tens of thousands of dollars to Jr. New World Order, George. As if that's going to accomplish anything. But, until we can raise the money, the suffering will continue.

Yes, it is getting ready to go down. I am in Phoenix but may move as the situation requires. I got a call last night from someone who works in the Bell System in Ohio, she said that all of Ohio and part of Illinois' phone system was uncompliant and a sure thing to go down. I am sure all of Canada is going down on almost all fronts, and that most of the U.S. will be in a world of hurt as well. China and Russia have signed a compact which is leading toward WWIII with us on the short end of the stick. All this will go down starting now, and getting heavier over the next two months. I suspect that sometime in late Jan or February China might strike at Taiwan. Perhaps N.Korea either will put up a front or also invade S. Korea and Japan. Not sure on that one because N.Korea is the hardest animal of them all to figure out and that is one place where y2k has little influence. But regardless, Marital Law is now widely talked about and officially posted in both Canada and Australia. They are telling the people right up front to do what is demanded of them on the whims of any so called official. The politicos in this country have all but avoided the word and put a happy face on all of it. But as Seattle showed, the people have a mind of their own. I suspect Texas is going to become a very difficult and tenous situation. We must avoid a Civil War with in a Civil War in Texas. All the property in Texas is owned by heavily armed private individuals. I don't blame them, but this leaves no where for the Texans in the City for which to turn for a base of operations since they are not likely to be accepted on the private property. Unlike in the rest of the west where almost all property is owned by the U.S. and State government, even thousand acre tracts in Texas are owned by individuals. Government property by deffinition can be taken over by the revolution with little blood shed (i.e. the governemnt does not have enough man power to defend it). The reason I stress property so much is the fact that all infantry manuevers and survival tactics depend on real estate. Real Estate is required for survival on this planet. It produces food, shelter and the basics of life. Milk does not come from Krogers it comes from cows that require land. The survival of our nation requires the use of our natural resources of which we have so much of. Clinton has sold it out to the highest bidder abroad. I don't know what to do about the Texas situation other than to tell every Texan to come together on this issue and prevent unnecessary turf battles. As for the rest of the west. The ultimatum is clear. Local, State and Federal government will comply with the necessities of the revolution and global war, or face immediate extinction. As for the soldiers at Ft. Hood, they better pull their head out of their combined Ass. I hope this message gets out to them ASAP before they turn on their own relations. As for the 82nd, 101st, 3,5,7 S.F. etc, then I hope they do the right thing and take the side of the revolution. It would be wise that the Marines, Navy and AF did the same. If China and Russia goes off (as they are now doing), then it will become important that all of our military fall under the revolutionary flag of survival as soon as possible. This is by far the largest crisis the American continent has ever faced, in that our chance of winning is the lowest in history when faced with all we are faced and a Tojan Horse within the gates! If there was ever a time for extraordinary leadership from average Americans (and Texans especially) then now is the time. This is going to be very sad and very nasty. NOW IS NOT THE TIME FOR THE MILITIA to second guess what is happening. It is starting big time. While family survival is a primary concern, let us not forget that our nation and way of life as American people is now on the line. In other words, help out those you can, do not be sad that you can not help everyone, and be as tough as nails on defending N. America from certain invasion (including enemies from within). I don't know how we can engineer the proper response from our men and women in Uniform in the U.S. Military. But it will come from the lower ranks and we need wholesale defections and leadership ASAP! If we don't get it, then this is the end of the American way of life for good. I.E. We are DEAD SHIT. We have 4 months to gain control of the situation and set up farming and resource management in secured zones around the west, or we face wholesale starvation in the United States that will make the Irish Patato Famine and the Siege of Stalingrad look like cub scout camp. I have purposefully left no mention of the East Coast. I have no good prognosis for anything east of the Mississippi. The soldier had an "American accent." What's that? Having spent a bit of time around the military, I can't imagine a solider telling a preacher "None of your damn business." I could be wrong. Now that you have read that enlightening e-mail, what should we all do right this minute? Should we do as the author suggests: "We should have a American day of mourning set aside each year for the losses we will may soon face there." If this writer is so concerned about Y2K, why does he state "we have four months...." Is there some magic date that only he knows when something is supposed to happen? What happens four months from now?
As I said, Y2K is causing people to get very stressed out. Only an idiot is cruising along thinking this computer problem is "no big whoop." We can either deal with the computer break-downs that are probably going to occur or go into orbit. Preparation is the key. We can hope that cooler heads prevail and we don't have another Seattle situation develop in the inner cities. If local governments get out of control, they must know that the people will fight back. I don't believe they are that blind. We could have the Coward-in-Chief order the U.S. military to impose martial law in this country but that surely will be a huge mistake. Until we do know, I hope people don't go off the deep end and begin doing stupid things that invite trouble and create panic.

CLINTON, President of the United States of America, find that the proliferation of nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons ("weapons of mass destruction") and of the means of delivering such weapons, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat. Accordingly, I hereby order: Section 1. International Negotiations. It is the policy of the United States to lead and seek multilaterally coordinated efforts with other countries to control the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and the means of delivering such weapons. The Secretary of State shall pursue early negotiations with foreign governments to adopt effective measures comparable to those imposed under this order. Sec. 3. Department of Commerce Controls. (a) The Secretary of Commerce shall prohibit the export of any goods, technology, or services subject to the Secretary's export jurisdiction that the Secretary of Commerce determines, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Defense, and other appropriate officials, would assist a foreign country in acquiring the capability to develop, produce, stockpile, deliver, or use weapons of mass destruction or their means of delivery. The Secretary of State shall pursue early negotiations with foreign governments to adopt effective measures comparable to those imposed under this section. (b) Subsection (a) of this section will not apply to exports relating to a particular category of weapons of mass destruction (i.e., nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons) if their destination is a country with whose government the United States has entered into a bilateral or multilateral arrangement for the control of that category of weapons of mass destruction-related goods (including delivery systems) and technology, or maintains domestic export controls comparable to controls that are imposed by the United States with respect to that category of goods and technology, or that are otherwise deemed adequate by the Secretary of State. (c) The Secretary of Commerce shall require validated licenses to implement this order and shall coordinate any license applications with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense. (d) The Secretary of Commerce, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall take such actions, including the promulgation of rules, regulations, and amendments thereto, as may be necessary to continue to regulate the activities of United States persons in order to prevent their participation in activities that could contribute to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction or their means of delivery, as provided in the Export Administration Regulations, set forth in Title 15, Chapter VII, Subchapter C, of the Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 768 to 799 inclusive. Sec. 4. Sanctions Against Foreign Persons. (a) In addition to the sanctions imposed on foreign persons as provided in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 and the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act of 1991, sanctions also shall be imposed on a foreign person with respect to chemical and biological weapons proliferation if the Secretary of State determines that the foreign person on or after the effective date of this order or its predecessor, Executive Order No. 12735 of November 16, 1990, knowingly and materially contributed to the efforts of any foreign country, project, or entity to use, develop, produce, stockpile, or otherwise acquire chemical or biological weapons. (b) No department or agency of the United States Government may procure, or enter into any contract for the procurement of, any goods or services from any foreign person described in subsection (a) of this section. The Secretary of the Treasury shall prohibit the importation into the United States of products produced by that foreign person. (c) Sanctions pursuant to this section may be terminated or not imposed against foreign persons if the Secretary of State determines that there is reliable evidence that the foreign person concerned has ceased all activities referred to in subsection (a). (d) The Secretary of State and the Secretary of the Treasury may provide appropriate exemptions for procurement contracts necessary to meet U.S. operational military requirements or requirements under defense production agreements, sole source suppliers, spare parts, components, routine servicing and maintenance of products, and medical and humanitarian items. They may provide exemptions for contracts in existence on the date of this order under appropriate circumstances. Sec. 5. Sanctions Against Foreign Countries. (a) In addition to the sanctions imposed on foreign countries as provided in the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act of 1991, sanctions also shall be imposed on a foreign country as specified in subsection (b) of this section, if the Secretary of State determines that the foreign country has, on or after the effective date of this order or its predecessor, Executive Order No. 12735 of November 16, 1990, (1) used chemical or biological weapons in violation of international law; (2) made substantial preparations to use chemical or biological weapons in violation of international law; or (3) developed, produced, stockpiled, or otherwise acquired chemical or biological weapons in violation of international law. (b) The following sanctions shall be imposed on any foreign country identified in subsection (a)(1) of this section unless the Secretary of State determines, on grounds of significant foreign policy or national security, that any individual sanction should not be applied. The sanctions specified in this section may be made applicable to the countries identified in subsections (a)(2) or (a)(3) when the Secretary of State determines that such action will further the objectives of this order pertaining to proliferation. The sanctions specified in subsection (b)(2) below shall be imposed with the concurrence of the Secretary of the Treasury. (1) Foreign Assistance. No assistance shall be provided to that country under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, or any successor act, or the Arms Export Control Act, other than assistance that is intended to benefit the people of that country directly and that is not channeled through governmental agencies or entities of that country. (2) Multilateral Development Bank Assistance. The United States shall oppose any loan or financial or technical assistance to that country by international financial institutions in accordance with section 701 of the International Financial Institutions Act (22 U.S.C. 262d). (3) Denial of Credit or Other Financial Assistance. The United States shall deny to that country any credit or financial assistance by any department, agency, or instrumentality of the United States Government. (4) Prohibition of Arms Sales. The United States Government shall not, under the Arms Export Control Act, sell to that country any defense articles or defense services or issue any license for the export of items on the United States Munitions List. (5) Exports of National Security-Sensitive Goods and Technology. No exports shall be permitted of any goods or technologies controlled for national security reasons under the Export Administration Regulations. (6) Further Export Restrictions. The Secretary of Commerce shall prohibit or otherwise substantially restrict exports to that country of goods, technology, and services (excluding agricultural commodities and products otherwise subject to control). (7) Import Restrictions. Restrictions shall be imposed on the importation into the United States of articles (that may include petroleum or any petroleum product) that are the growth, product, or manufacture of that country. (8) Landing Rights. At the earliest practicable date, the Secretary of State shall terminate, in a manner consistent with international law, the authority of any air carrier that is controlled in fact by the government of that country to engage in air transportation (as defined in section 101(10) of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 (49 U.S.C. App. 1301(10)). Sec. 6. Duration. Any sanctions imposed pursuant to sections 4 or 5 of this order shall remain in force until the Secretary of State determines that lifting any sanction is in the foreign policy or national security interests of the United States or, as to sanctions under section 4 of this order, until the Secretary has made the determination under section 4(c). Sec. 7. Implementation. The Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Commerce are hereby authorized and directed to take such actions, including the promulgation of rules and regulations, as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this order. These actions, and in particular those in sections 4 and 5 of this order, shall be made in consultation with the Secretary of Defense and, as appropriate, other agency heads and shall be implemented in accordance with procedures established pursuant to Executive Order No. 12851. The Secretary concerned may redelegate any of these functions to other officers in agencies of the Federal Government. All heads of departments and agencies of the United States Government are directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to carry out the provisions of this order, including the suspension or termination of licenses or other authorizations. Sec. 8. Preservation of Authorities. Nothing in this order is intended to affect the continued effectiveness of any rules, regulations, orders, licenses, or other forms of administrative action issued, taken, or continued in effect heretofore or hereafter under the authority of the International Economic Emergency Powers Act, the Export Administration Act, the Arms Export Control Act, the Nuclear Non-proliferation Act, Executive Order No. 12730 of September 30, 1990, Executive Order No. 12735 of November 16, 1990, Executive Order No. 12924 of August 18, 1994, and Executive Order No. 12930 of September 29, 1994. Sec. 9. Judicial Review. This order is not intended to create, nor does it create, any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law by a party against the United States, its agencies, officers, or any other person. Sec. 10. Revocation of Executive Orders Nos. 12735 and 12930. Executive Order No. 12735 of November 16, 1990, and Executive Order No. 12930 of September 29, 1994, are hereby revoked. Sec. 11. (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2751 et seq.) (AECA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, I, WILLIAM J. CLINTON, President of the United States of America, in order to take additional steps with respect to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and means of delivering them and the national emergency described and declared in Executive Order 12938 of November 14, 1994, hereby order: Section 1. Amendment of Executive Order 12938. (a) Section 4 of Executive Order 12938 of November 14, 1994, is revised to read as follows: "Sec. 4. Measures Against Foreign Persons. (a) Determination by Secretary of State; Imposition of Measures. Except to the extent provided in section 203(b) of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)), where applicable, if the Secretary of State determines that a foreign person, on or after November 16, 1990, the effective date of EXecutive Order 12735, the predecessor order to Executive Order 12938, has materially contributed or attempted to contribute materially to the efforts of any foreign country, project, or entity of proliferation concern to use, acquire, design, develop, produce, or stockpile weapons of mass destruction or missiles capable of delivering such weapons, the measures set forth in subsections (b), (c), and (d) of this section shall be imposed on that foreign person to the extent determined by the Secretary of State in consultation with the implementing agency and other relevant agencies. Nothing in this section is intended to preclude the imposition on that foreign person of other measures or sanctions available under this order or under other authorities. (b) Procurement Ban. No department or agency of the United States Government may procure, or enter into any contract for the procurement of, any goods, technology, or services from any foreign person described in subsection (a) of this section. (c) Assistance Ban. No department or agency of the United States Government may provide any assistance to any foreign person described in subsection (a) of this section, and no such foreign person shall be eligible to participate in any assistance program of the United States Government. (d) Import Ban. The Secretary of the Treasury shall prohibit the importation into the United States of goods, technology, or services produced or provided by any foreign person described in subsection (a) of this section, other than information or informational materials within the meaning of section 203(b)(3) of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(3)). (e) Termination. Measures pursuant to this section may be terminated against a foreign person if the Secretary of State determines that there is reliable evidence that such foreign person has ceased all activities referred to in subsection (a) of this section. (f) Exceptions. Departments and agencies of the United States Government, acting in consultation with the Secretary of State, may, by license, regulation, order, directive, exception, or otherwise, provide for: (i) Procurement contracts necessary to meet U.S. operational military requirements or requirements under defense production agreements; intelligence requirements; sole source suppliers, spare parts, components, routine servicing and maintenance of products for the United States Government; and medical and humanitarian items; and (ii) Performance pursuant to contracts in force on the effective date of this order under appropriate circumstances."
