Our 'Right' To Attack Iraq By Devvy Kidd

CBS News with Dan RatherEvery major Bush apologist, Republican party hack and commentator on the tube maintains that the united States of America has the "right" to attack Iraq because that country allegedly has weapons of mass destruction.
Why, Peggy Noonan, cheerleader for the GOP, stated on Chris Matthews' Hardball program, January 28, 2003, that we must attack Iraq because, "What if they do have weapons of mass destruction and we don't go and remove Saddam?"
A number more "what ifs" rolled out with nothing to back them up, but more of the same ad nauseum rhetoric the American people have had shoved down their throats for months on end. She closed out her cameo appearance by saying, "Why just the other day the NY Times reported that Hussein's brother allegedly said give me the nukes and I'll go for America!" Really? Since when does America base its foreign policy on what's printed in the NY Times? ("All the news that fit to fake.")
There are a number of people that I hold in the highest regard and deeply respect, who feel we have the "right" to go into Iraq and kill or remove a head of state. Russia harbors terrorists. So does Communist China. Anyone who thinks that by the U.S. invading every sovereign country on this globe hunting terrorists and removing their heads of state, will somehow prevent any future terrorists strikes on our soil, I submit that history will prove them wrong.
No one wants even a tiny terrorist attack on our soil ever again. But, the course now underway will only bring more disaster to our shores. This is all about one more giant leap towards high jacking the world's gas stations in the Middle East and "nation building" for the new world order.
Every debate one hears on the tube or reads on the Net, revolves around the UN mandating some action or their "Security Council" voting for resolutions to invade sovereign countries. So what? That has nothing to do with US. Since America unlawfully joined the UN in 1945, Congress has not formally declared war once. We've never had a decisive victory since WWII.
Congress simply authorized Bush Sr. to use force against Iraq in 1991. Congress never even formally authorized the use of military force in Kosovo, just air attacks. That "resolution" failed in the house, but a week later, those spineless twits passed a bill to fund that "war" anyway. The Constitution requires a formal declaration of war. There is none and there won't be one for Iraq, yet these constitutionalists are willing to overlook that very important legal fact, even though it is setting a precedent so dangerous to our Republic, one can only weep with the knowledge of the horror to come.
Sovereignty
Sovereignty is defined as self-governing; independent. These united States of America are a sovereign nation and a Constitutional Republic. We are not a democracy and We the People will fight to keep our Republic.
Canada is a sovereign nation. Iraq is a sovereign nation. Communist North Korea is a sovereign nation. Peru is a sovereign nation. Israel is a sovereign nation. Half the world's sovereign nations are ruled by petty despots drunken with lust for power; their governments are democracies, communist or fascist. The united States of America has always been unique in the annals of human history. Tragically, even those who staunchly defend our Constitution, simply cannot see that what America is about to embark upon in Iraq is simply the next conquest towards a world order. Get it? "Order."
Defensive Vs Preemptive
When the united States of America began the unconstitutional invasion over in Bosnia, justified by propaganda chant of "ethnic cleansing," America, without provocation, invaded several sovereign nations. We are still sinking in that quagmire years later. America began meddling in a 1300 year old tribal conflict, costing precious American lives, changing nothing, but fostering more hatred towards us.
America has the right to defend our shores, our soil, our people. Americans did not want to go to war in 1914. They were dragged into it by deception. Americans did not want to get involved with Europe in 1941, but FDR made sure that by allowing the Japanese to bomb Pearl Harbor with "an acceptable number of casualties," America was once again drawn into war for the Masters of the Game.
America did not want a war with Korea, it was simply an extension of the game called the Cold War. Propaganda campaigns sold it as a "war" between No. and So. Korea. Allegedly, Truman feared that under the so-called "domino effect," that after China turned Communist in 1949, Japan would be next. Truman's stand was that the united States of America was in an all out competition for world domination with the Ruskies. Bunk.
I say, bunk because, first, one has to believe the big lie called the "Sino-Soviet" conflict. More scare mongering and cleverly crafted lies. Over 30 years ago, retired USAF Brigadier General Ben Partin wrote a paper titled Deadly Failures In Intelligence Analysis and Defense Unpreparedness. Ben is a dear friend and I will impart some of this wisdom in recognizing the clever game being played:
"I continued collecting information on the Sino-Soviet split for another decade. While attending the Air War College in 1967, I had the opportunity to review the 1928 Program of the Communist International. I concluded that the Sino-Soviet conflict, as a hoax, was one of the highest payoff strategies of the entire communist world movement in its then 200 plus year history."
As for President Truman, his agenda is succinctly stated in of all places, a book titled The Smithsonian Treasury: The Presidents (1991), pg 72: "When Franklin Roosevelt died during the closing days of WWII, it fell to Truman to end the war and formulate policies for the new world order."
Justification for this undeclared war
September 11, 2001 is still so horrific in our minds and we should remember. I said after the dust settled from 9-11: Ussamah Bin Laden may have pulled the trigger, but he didn't load the gun. We had the absolute right to retaliate against any terrorist group or nation that attacks our shores. In my own mind, I still don't know who loaded the gun.
We are now 18 months down the road and Bin Laden has not been caught. Mr. Bush says that's no longer important. America funded and trained this guy. We provided Saddam Hussein with all the materials he needed to develop chemical weapons to gas the Kurds and his own people.
Show me one place in the Constitution that authorizes the united States of America to send troops to Afghanistan and hang around for years setting up a new "democracy?" There is none, but it is the schematic being followed for a one world government. Knock em off one at a time. Anyone who thinks we're just going for a little foray into Iraq and then leave, hasn't studied at the game plan.
Yes, it is awful what is happening to other people in their own countries. But, like our Founding Fathers and the colonials who ran the battlefields red with their blood, fighting against Britain for our freedom, so must the people of other countries rise up. Freedom comes at a high price. If the people of these other nations want to be free, then they will have to fight their own battles.
While Saddam Hussein is a living monster, only his people have the right within that sovereign country to take him out and hopefully establish a Republic with real rights and not another mob democracy. As the march towards a world order is in hyper drive and America's economy is running down the rat hole quicker than the Bush Administration can shore up with new lies, America is about to become the aggressor by attacking Iraq.
Weapons of mass destruction funded by the sweat off your back
Weapons of mass destruction. We hear that expression chanted no less than 500 times every day on cable network "news" programs. The united States of America has them. So does Israel, paid for by you. So does Communist China, Pakistan, Russia and God knows who else.
America's best defense is superior fire power. It is our right to develop weapons capability that will enable us to protect our people, our land, but not any other country on this earth. Look where we are today from supplying the money, technology and training to the Saddam Hussein's of the world. Now we're supposed to put our finest at risk again and run this nation into another trillion dollars of debt to suit the global masters?
Mucking up the waters, Mr. Bush then declared that North Korea was the next boogie man coming to America with weapons of mass destruction. What a hypocrite. You and I have paid for millions of tons of food shipped over there to feed the North Koreans for the past dozen years. It continues to this day. To this day we are feeding the people of North Korea while their government blows its money on weapons. Then our President, out of nowhere, starts huffing, puffing and threatens with yet another demand that a sovereign country disarm or else!
My, God, people, can't anyone see the bigger picture here? How many more countries will the united States of America demand do this or that? Where in the U.S. Constitution do we have the "right" to demand anything from sovereign nations, no matter the threat they represent? The Communist Chinese, Mr. Bush's bosom buddies, threatened to nuke Los Angeles less than five years ago. Why hasn't Mr. Bush demanded that they disarm and give up those nuclear warheads aimed at you? The money, honey. Free Trade overrides threats from the Communist Chinese to nuke LA. Wear Made In Communist China? I'd rather go naked.
When the global community comes knockin'
One day, mark my words, Communist China or the Ruskies or some other country is going to demand, bolstered by the UN and the rest of the "global community," that we lay down our sovereignty and allow foreign governments into our country to have access to our most sensitive defense information and disarm US.
We are destroying our sovereignty and our Republic with these endless wars, justified with cowardice about "what if" someone attacks US. If we are attacked and we know who it is, then we will retaliate. The question is: do you believe what's coming out of Mr. Bush and Tony Blair's mouths?
I don't, because not only do I doubt any "evidence" that has yet to be presented by this administration, but the words of Mr. Bush and his henchmen are the words of global submission. They are words that spell doom for this Republic. They use 9-11 and the vague, unsubstantiated threat of chemical biological weapons against US.
On January 31, 2003, Colin Powell, speaking at the World Affairs Councils of America, another major new world order propaganda front with chapters on junior high and college campuses, plus hundreds of U.S. cities, laid out the latest "vision" for you to fund every emerging "democracy" on this globe.
http://www.state.gov/secretary/rm/2003/17109.htmPowell invited everyone to join him and Mr. Bush in demanding that sovereign countries do the bidding of the White House. Last year Mr. Bush spoke at the WACA and said, "Our first commitment is to democracy and political freedom. This is affirmed in the Democratic Charter of the Americas, which holds this: only democracies can be part of inter-American dialogue and system."
I guess that leaves US out since we are not a democracy. He also said, "To this end, my next budget will include nearly $50 million increase in aid to the World Bank programs that assist the poorest countries." This is unconstitutional as all get out. Bush, like his predecessors, simply provides funding for his masters and their world government without bothering with Congress or the U.S. Constitution.
Our fighting forces
It is always very difficult for me to write these pieces at a time when families are being torn apart by deployment. My husband is a retired U.S. Army Colonel who fought in Viet Nam.
We have a couple hundred thousand vets that are sick and dying from Gulf War Syndrome because they walked into a trap laid by Bush, Sr. Today, as this new generation of freedom fighters are sent off to fight, they still don't have the right equipment or enough equipment and resources. May God bless them, keep them safe and watch over their families.
Sage Advice from the Founding Fathers
Most Republicans will tell you that they respect those who fought and died in the Revolutionary War to bring forth the greatest experiment in government ever achieved by man. They will bleat how wise were these men of that time: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Madison.
If that's the case, why then do they continue to ignore their warnings about foreign involvement with other nations?
"I have ever deemed it fundamental for the United States never to take active part in the quarrels of Europe. Their political interests are entirely distinct from ours. Their mutual jealousies, their balance of power, their complicated alliances, their forms and principles of government, are all foreign to us. They are nations of eternal war. All their energies are expended in the destruction of the labor, property and lives of their people."
--Thomas Jefferson to James Monroe, 1823. ME: 15:436
"Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence (I conjure you to believe me, fellow citizens) the jealousy of a free people ought to be constantly awake, since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of republican government... . Excessive partiality for one foreign nation and excessive dislike of another cause those whom they actuate to see danger only on one side, and serve to veil and even second the arts of influence on the other... The great rule of conduct for us in regard to foreign nations is, in extending our commercial relations to have with them as little political connection as possible.
"Why quit our own to stand upon foreign ground? Why, by interweaving our destiny with that of any part of Europe, entangle our peace and prosperity in the toils of European ambition, rival ship, interest, humor, or caprice? It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world, so far, I mean, as we are now at liberty to do it; for let me not be understood as capable of patronizing infidelity to existing engagements."
---George Washington's Farewell Speech
September 17, 1796"To cherish peace and friendly intercourse with all nations having correspondent dispositions; to maintain sincere neutrality toward belligerent nations;..."
---James Madison, Father of the Constitution
First Inaugural Address, March 4, 1809"Do what is right, leaving the people of Europe to act their follies and crimes among themselves, while we pursue in good faith the paths of peace and prosperity."
--Thomas Jefferson to James Monroe, 1823.
America's future
"In defense of the World Order. . . U.S. Soldiers would have to kill and die. . . .
We are not going to achieve a New Order without paying for it in blood as well as in words and money."
---Arthur Schlesinger, Jr, July/August 1993
Foreign Affairs MagazineWhere in the supreme law of the land does it give US the right to invade any nation and make demands upon them, set up new puppet governments for the Masters of the Game and bankrupt We the People in the process? Where?
As Joe Farah of WND has so astutely pointed out in the past: Americans should be preparing our own defense, right here on our soil. Bring our troops home so they're here for US in the event we have to repel any more attacks or an invasion.
Bosnia was the "cutting edge of the new world order." This undeclared war against Iraq will see more American blood spilled on foreign soil. It will continue to bankrupt an already empty treasury. America is walking lock-step into a one world nightmare with eyes wide open.
