February 10, 2003For the past 12 years I have heard thousands of people say they are fed up with this government and their state legislatures. Whether it be education, the environment, corrupt federal judges, the income tax, the "Federal" Reserve or all of the above, I have heard all the huffing and puffing. I have listened to the impassioned speeches and calls taken while I'm on talk radio.
I have watched new guru's come on the scene every three or four years and rope the desperate into dangerous un-taxing or de-taxing schemes, based on no legal foundation. The federal prisons are full of these victims. Never have I endorsed any of these charlatans, crooks and pocket pickers. I know them from their actions.
I have also watched good, dedicated individuals do the real research on all of the above issues which have helped educate millions and millions of Americans. All of them from Bill Benson, to Bob Schulz to Joe Banister and hundreds of others, all have suffered greatly in their personal lives. I have tried to do my part with my booklets, speaking and radio appearances.
As regular readers know, I have also been involved with Bob Schulz' and all the important steps he and his dedicated folks have undertaken over the past four years. There are several reasons why I have supported and endorsed Bob's efforts.
First, he doesn't buy theories, he bases everything he does and stands for on the law, specifically, the U.S. Constitution. Second, his intentions are purely honorable. This man is the most nonpolitical person, knee deep in politically driven corruption, I have ever met. His one and only agenda is the truth and the law.
And, finally, but not the least: He stands by his convictions and beliefs. In short, he is, like Judge Roy Moore, a rare man of absolute and unflinching courage and conviction. Some say what he's doing is foolish. I already covered this in a previous article published on newswithviews.com:

There comes a time when the stakes must be raised. Our servant government continues to ignore We the People as if we are nothing more than pesky insects who get in their way. This must stop, but it will only stop if every American who knows the truth will finally stand up and do what is necessary.
Bob has recently unveiled several plans, one of them involves both employers and employees. I brought this issue up last July at a speech I made here in California. The feds don't care if 100 million Americans stop volunteering to file income tax returns, they will still track everyone through their employers. The withholding process is truly the Achilles Heel of this non-governmental agency from Hell.

You say you're fed up? You say you've had it? You say enough is enough! Prove it.
No one has been able to bring so many people together under the same roof for the same goals regarding the income tax, the fed and now the withholding issue, than Bob Schulz and his group. In order for this plan to work, everyone must get involved. Everyone must put aside their differences and unite. Isn't 80 years of fraud and lying enough?
Freedom is for the bravehearts. In my speech referred to above, I said the following:
"In the movie, Braveheart, which is obviously my favorite, William Wallace bursts into a tap room full of nobles and says:
"My army has marched for more days than I can remember and we still have preparations to make so I'll make this plain: We require every soldier you can summon. Your personal escorts, even yourselves and we need them now."
"A noble replies: "With such a force arrayed against us, it's time to discuss other options."
"To which Wallace replies: "Other options? Do you wish at least to lead your men onto the field and barter a better deal with Longshanks before you tuck tail and run?"
"A noble replies: "We cannot defeat this army."
"Wallace replies: "We can. And we will. We won at Sterling and still you quibble. We won at York and you would not support us. If you no stand up with us now I say you are cowards."
Well, are we a nation of cowards or warriors?
Personally, I am sick to death of hearing all the boasting and big talk. I'm sick to death of sticking my neck out on the firing line while too many hang back because they want someone else to take the first step. Maybe a few of these folks calling talk radio should be on the other end of a few death threats once in a while. Maybe then they would understand that you either get off your duff now or there will be no tomorrow's as a free people.
Either the people of this country really do have stones or we're going down the rat hole.
No more talk, folks. Tyranny is raining down on our heads in torrents. The Bush Administration means business and no one should make any mistake about the agenda.
Either your commitment is total, or please, just go away and shut up.
The rest of us will do your work for you. We have no other choice.
We will stay the course.
What does that mean?
You'll have to do as I and thousands of others have done:
No more fishing trips.
No going to the ball game, the quilt show or the museum.
No sitting around at night after a hard day's work watching the tube or a video.
No heading for the ski slopes, no working out in the garage on your favorite boat or classic car.
Skip the race track this weekend and forget watching some golf tournament.
Our Republic is dying right before your eyes and saving this nation won't wait for "someone else."
If I can make all these sacrifices, so can YOU. Don't assume someone else will do it. YOU step up to the plate.
Total commitment means just that. Put your nose to the grindstone and let's get this job done. Unless, of course, you wish your children and your grand babies to live their lives as we have as indentured servants?
Unite.
There are hundreds, if not thousands of people out there selling "get the IRS out of your life" packages. This huge cottage industry will never cure the cancer, it will only keep the Department of Justice busy with grand juries and the IRS busy tracking down the victims of these frauds selling un-taxing programs.
Going on thirteeen years I have watched this cottage industry dealing with the federal income tax. It gets more rotten by the year, with the so-called silver bullet "legal" arguments getting more outlandish all the time. Big shots with personalities picking the pockets of those who are desperate for some relief from this crushing income tax.
If these guru's and think tanks and "for smaller government" advocacy groups are really serious about reigning in this power machine out in Washington, DC - unite.
This is all about money. Money buys power. Break the money pipeline and you will cripple the enemy, but it has to be a united effort by millions. Not 500, not 2,154, not 10,000 people. Millions of people. Andy Jackson said, "One man with courage makes a majority." The membership starts with YOU.
If you are truly fed up, if you've really had enough, then unite. Join Bob's organization and become one of those individuals with courage like our Founding Fathers. No more words. It has to be action. This nation is being bled dry, the people are being bled dry and only The People can stop the destruction.
Freedom cannot be attained and retained by observers.
Freedom gained and kept can only be achieved with a warrior class who will stand firm and live the words they speak.
