Founder and Director of the Project oWinning Economic Reform. This project is an on- going educational effort, and not an organization. POWER is a First Amendment grassroots effort to educate and motivate Americans to the mechanisms bringing America to ruin.

Devvy’s project sold at cost two booklets she authored: Why A Bankrupt America (1,655,000 copies, 1993) and Blind Loyalty (700,000 copies, 1996). Both booklets are now retired from publication; Devvy still holds the copyrights.

She is also the author of:  California Construction Lending & the Law (Trade Manual, co-author), 1986; Federal civil Service:  America’s Second Welfare Institution, 1992; Now We Vote – A People’s Ballot, 1992.  Her current book, Taking Politics Out of Solutions available here

Being in the trenches full time for decades, Devvy has made guest appearances more than 4,000 times on talk radio shows plus countless personal speaking appearances.  She has written close to two thousand columns over the past 31 years.  Covered the 1996 GOP presidential convention in San Diego and the 2008 GOP presidential convention in St. Paul, MN.

Prior to giving up her career to spend full time trying to educate and warn Americans of the diabolical plans for world government, Devvy spent 19 years in construction and banking before going on to various civilian positions with the Department of Defense. During her tenure as an Administrative Officer for the Department of the Army, she was responsible for contracts and budget management oversight in excess of $8,000,000.00.

Following this assignment and due to Devvy’s husband’s transfer, she became a Contract Administrator for the Department of Air Force, Air Force Space Command at Peterson AFB, Colorado. Despite being the only person in her division to be awarded outstanding performance certificates and awards, her appointment was not renewed.

Devvy is a federal whistle blower. While at Peterson AFB, she filed a fraud, waste & abuse against her own job. The three-ring circus that followed is sadly all too typical of what happens to those who step forward with the truth.

Devvy’s late husband was a retired United States Army Colonel. Upon his retirement after 27 years of honorable service, he continued his career in the private sector as a construction management engineer. John’s 43 years of career pursuits came to an end when he retired for good on November 1, 2006.

Devvy has one daughter.  Her Tibetan Mastiff, Maddy & little Jack Russell Terrier, Missy, bring lots of joy each day.

While Devvy appreciates your comments, it simply isn’t possible to answer every email as they flow in every day at an average of 400-600 – except for Christmas and News Year’s day.
