Judicial Corruption - while Congress looks the other way...
Corrupt judges must be removed from the bench, but it won't happen without pressure!
Judges who use the bench to protect government corruption and/or cover ups must be investigated by the Department of Justice. If there is evidence, a grand jury must be convened.
Our republic cannot survive if federal judges are allowed to break the law with impunity. It is a receipe for anarchy!
I have put this new section together because it is up to we the people, the media and lawyers in this country to hold a fire to Congress and the Federal Department of Justice and force them to begin the process of cleaning up the federal bench.
Dr. Richard Cordero has put together an extensive collection of evidence to prove newly minted, politically correct, Justice Sonia Sotomayor is guilty of fraud and a participant in a cover-up in concealing assets as part of a judicially run andtolerated bankruptcy fraud scheme.
GOP Senators Ignore Sotomayor's Criminal Activities - by Devvy
Sotomayor lied through omission on her original sworn statements to the Senate Judiciary Committee and even though she made a correction, she continued to lie about a condo she owns in Florida. Webofdeception.org has uncovered the documents. See the documents by clicking here.
Sotomayor's confirmation vote rescheduled
- by Devvy
Despite all this hard proof, the Senate Judiciary still confirmed an individual who should be indicted by a grand jury. Just because the U.S. Senate was too cowardly to deny Sotomayor a seat on the courtbecause of her ethnicity and blow back, does NOT mean she is above the law.

Corruption is rampant at all levels of our judicial system in this country. From District Attorneys to local law enforcement to judges:
Special Report - Harmful Error: Investigating America's Local Prosecutors
(WASHINGTON, June 26, 2003) -- "Local prosecutors in many of the 2,341 jurisdictions across the nation have stretched, bent or broken rules to win convictions, the Center for Public Integrity has found. Since 1970, individual judges and appellate court panels cited prosecutorial misconduct as a factor when dismissing charges, reversing convictions or reducing sentences in over 2,000 cases."
This is a cancer eating away at the finest judicial system in the world. No one is above the law, but sadly, there are those in positions of power who believe they are. The US~Observer Newspaper has been holding corrupt elected officials accountable for almost two decades. See their web site here.
